We are partnering up with Daly City Partnership and Skyline.Bookbox for a Children’s Books Swap. Bring children’s books in good condition to share with others. All languages welcome and bringing books is not a requirement to attend.
We are celebrating our first Independent Bookstore Day this year. We will will kick it off at Gilman Brewery in Daly City for Peninsula Book Collaborative Birthday Bash. We will have Book Trivia, prizes, food and a drink ticket for those who attend. The event is for all ages and you can create a team and come together, find a team there, or play on your own. This is a fundraiser to support the Collaborative. Tickets are $25 and we have a few free tickets for educators/library staff as well. Get your ticket or sponsor the event today.

Join us at the 2nd Annual DCPLA Art & Lit Fest on September 9, 2023 from 11am to 3pm at Serramonte Center in Daly City. This event will showcase local artists and encourage the cultural rise of Daly City’s art community. The Art & Lit Fest will be a day of arts and crafts, performances, workshops, live music, and fun.
